Fathers Day Races in Pennsylvania
Fathers Day races are a great opportunity to run with your children. If your children are too young to run a 5K, most races feature a kids fun run.
I often see kids who look to be 10 years old running 5Ks. Maybe this Father’s Day will be your opportunity to run with your kid or kids. Don’t be surprised if your teenager gives you some competition!
I encourage you to take your kids or your dad to one of these races. Run or walk, you’ll be doing a lot of good and having some quality family time.
The Race to Beat POTS will take place in the scenic Anson B. Nixon Park in Kennett Square, PA. All proceeds from the event will benefit Dysautonomia International.

The race course features a combination of paved, gravel, boardwalk, and trails that span throughout the park with no major hills. Only the 1 Mile is wheelchair accessible. Along the way you will get picturesque view including a lake and streams. One water station will be provided along the course and drinks will be provided before and after the race.
