Medford Jingle Bell Run 2015

Come to Medford and run off some of your Thanksgiving Feast! Thanksgiving weekend is a wonderful time for families to get together and have some fun.

After your big feast and all of those left-overs come out and enjoy the fresh air and run off some turkey! Bring the family and run together!

Now in its 3rd year, this popular 5K race benefits the schools of Medford.

The PTO groups from each school in town are participating and each school will receive a portion of the proceeds based on how many runners they sign up.

A little friendly competition is a good thing, and everybody wins.

The race is a great way to kick off your holiday season and help support programs in the Medford schools.

Registration fees are:

• $10 for kids under age 11
• $15 for kids 11-18
• $25 for adults in advance or $30 day of race

Day-of-race registration and number pick-up begins at 8:30 a.m. at Medford City Hall (85 George P.Hassett Dr. Medford, MA.)

Free t-shirts will be given to all who register online by Friday, November 6th.

Is this your first 5K? If you answered yes than treat yourself to a “My First 5K medal” The medal is $9.95 and all proceeds benefit the schools of Medford.

There is plenty of parking at Medford City Hall, but please car pool if you can.

Pre race dinner Friday evening, November 27, 2015 at Carroll’s Restaurant – $20.00 buffet dinner.

Post race breakfast on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Carroll’s Restaurant – $10.00 buffet breakfast

A portion of the proceeds from both of these events to benefit the Jingle Bell Festival Walk/Run and the children of Medford.
