Melrose is a very active town. There is a YMCA, Melrose Boot Camp and a large and active running club, the Melrose Running Club. Whenever I drive through town I see runners everywhere.
If you are promoting a race that I do not have listed here, please contact me at email@example.com.

This race has become an early winter tradition for cross-country runners from the GBA and beyond. The race is run on the Mt. Hood golf course and the route is intentionally changed every year to provide different challenges and scenery.
The race organizers seek to make the course a challenging one every year. So come prepared to climb hills! There is also a 2 mile walking event over part of the course.
This Melrose Running Club production features awards(the legendary nutcrackers!) and a Huge Post Race Party with plenty of food and an open bar where you can enjoy a few beers.
2024 registration is not open yet: $33 for adults, $20 for 17 and under, $20 for walkers.
