Melrose Firefighters Family 5K 2015

Funds benefit ​The Relief Association

​This year it’s personal, one of our own needs our help. Cancer picked a fight with the wrong firefighter, the wrong family and the wrong fire department.

We are raising funds for the Barry Canavan Fund “Barry’s Battle,” a Melrose Firefighter diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome.

We will win this fight together.

Registration is $25 on-line until June 19th. Race Day registration is $30. Kid’s Fun Run is FREE.

I’m sure there will be plenty of equipment for the kids to check out and plenty of post race food and fun for the family.

I’ve run this course many times over the years and it’s a nice run.
