A Special Way to celebrate Mothers Day

The Melrose Running Club invites you to participate in the 20th running of the Melrose Run For Women on Sunday, May 14th, 2017. Race start time is 9AM.

This family event honoring mothers and children has become a Melrose Mothers Day tradition over the past twenty years. Race capacity is 1000 runners and is exclusively for women and girls.

The festivities kick off with a series of children’s races followed by the main event: a 3.5 mile run/walk which winds through the scenic and peaceful Swains Pond section of the city. The race finishes up with children handing out flowers, a bounty of baked goods and coffee, music, and awards.
