Some days you go out with a plan and things just don’t work out.
I was going to run 14.6 miles but just a mile or so into the run, I could tell it wasn’t going to happen.
The weather was good and I felt okay at the start, but soon my breathing just wasn’t right and my energy was low. Often these types of things go away after the first mile. But not this Sunday.
As much as I wanted to run 14.6 miles, it just wasn’t in the cards for me this weekend.
But, today is Tuesday and I have my sights on a good club run tonight.
